At KEELING, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible, while ensuring every item arrives in perfect condition. Below you’ll find all the key information regarding our shipping process.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries in Europe If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at keelingstore@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-6 business days after confirmation. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we will keep you informed every step of the way.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on customs procedures in your country.


Shipping Fees

  • Italy: Free shipping for orders over €149 otherwise €10 flat rate

  • EU & UK: Free shipping for orders over €199, otherwise €15 flat rate

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real time.


Customs & Import Duties

For shipments outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. KEELING is not liable for any additional charges incurred upon delivery.

Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. KEELING is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.
